Thayers Alcohol-Free Toner with Witch Hazel, Cucumber, and Aloe Vera

Thayers alcohol-free toner with Witch Hazel, Aloe, & CucumberI was watching HotandFlashy channel on YouTube, and she was using Thayers Alcohol-free Toner with Witch Hazel, Cucumber, & Aloe to keep her skin healthy. Since I was in the market for a new toner, I decided to try it. I found it to be pretty hydrating. A lot more hydrating than the other toner I was using, which was Peter Thomas Roth Un-Wrinkle Turbo Line Smoothing Toning Lotion, another great product, but a little more expensive because it has peptides.

I've been using this cucumber toner for a few months, and I really like it. It's pretty inexpensive and works well after washing face, and as a face refresher when I first wake up in the morning. (I also use it to clean my makeup brushes).

The most amazing thing about it is that it has alcohol-free witch hazel, which is really great for the skin, as far as keeping it healthy and hydrated. It is actually hard to find products with witch hazel that doesn't contain alcohol. I can't use alcohol on my face as it dries me out and eventually causes breakouts. The witch hazel does a great job at controlling my pore size as well as wakeup my tired eyes in the morning.

The cucumber in this product is great as well. It helps open up tired eyes and condition the skin, leaving it feeling refreshed and hydrating, without any irritation.

This awesome toner also contains aloe vera, which has so long been used as a skin healing and conditioning agent. To be honest, aloe is a little drying for me during the winter months, so I have to spritz with extra water, but no biggie.

Finally, this toner also has glycerin, which draws moisture into the skin. I use this toner along with a little eye cream around my eyes, and go straight to foundation. I don't even need moisturizer, as this toner has been so hydrating for me. I just spritz my face with some distilled water after my makeup, and my skin looks healthy and radiant. This spritz of water at the end activates the glycerin, helping it plump the skin.

I totally recommend this toner to people of all skin types. Witch hazel and aloe are great for healing acne and regulating oil. Witch hazel, cucumber, and glycerin are great for moisturizing dry skin. At night, I do use quite a bit of night cream for overnight hydration, so depending on your skin type, you should add lotion or cream after using this for best results. I've had trouble finding this witch hazel toner in stores, so I've been getting it from Amazon, where the price is pretty decent as an add-on item.

Last week I attempted to go without this Thayers Alcohol-free Toner with Witch Hazel, Cucumber, & Aloe, and I got my first cystic zit in years. Yikes! I wonder if the aloe in the toner is helping keep my pores under control. Anyway, I frantically returned to using the toner, and thankfully my pores are no longer acting out, and no more zits are forming. I immediately added on the Thayers Alcohol-free Toner with Witch Hazel, Cucumber, & Aloe on Amazon to my next purchase.
